Responsibilities
- Work directly alongside a top-performing Farmers Agency Owner, gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, client relationships, business operations, leadership, and agency growth.
- Learn what it actually takes to build and run a successful business while getting paid to do it.
- Connect with prospective clients by phone, text, email, and referrals.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Prepare insurance quotes and proposals.
- Develop sales and communication skills through hands-on coaching.
- Work alongside successful agency owners and industry professionals.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
- Previous sales, leadership, athletics, military, customer service, or entrepreneurial experience is a plus—but not required

Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities
