Insurance Agency Manager
Responsibilities
- Prioritize customer retention strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses
- Manage daily operations of the agency
- Grow the business through targeted marketing efforts
Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales, account management, business development, and/or marketing experience
- Pass a company background check
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Willingness to obtain MN Property/Casualty and Life/health insurance licenses (paid by the company)
