We have an immediate need for an Insurance Account Representative in Columbus, OH. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, customer-focused, and enjoys working with the public. No prior insurance knowledge is required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
