Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

About the role

I’ve been with State Farm since 2006 and opened our first office in Clackamas, OR in April 2011. Since then, we’ve grown into a strong team of eight full-time team members who take pride in delivering exceptional service and supporting one another every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Aid customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
• Ability to communicate directly with customers.
• Identify customer needs and market products or services.
• Strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships.
• Prospecting new customers through call, text, and email.
• Quoting new customers and multi-lining them to additional services.
• Empowerment to become confident lead generators and trusted resources.

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
