Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
Position Overview
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, accurately identify product fit, and market appropriate products and services.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Interest in marketing products and services to current and potential customers
- Ability to have discussions with customers to understand customer need
- Ability to explain insurance products to customers in simple terms
- Connecticut Property and Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
- Connecticut Life and Health License (must be able to obtain)
Hours
Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
Saturday - Sunday, Closed
Pay
Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
