Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare State Farm insurance proposals for prospects and current policyholders.
- Meet sales goals developed in conjunction with the Agent.
- Contact prospects and current policyholders to schedule Insurance and Financial Reviews (IFRs) and needs-based sales presentations.
- Congduct needs-based sales presentations by phone, in the Agent’s office, and as needed outside the office.
- Update client information in the Agent’s computer system/customer databases as directed.
- Prepare forms, policies, and endorsements when required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: Base salary plus commission
- Salary range: $45,000–$75,000 (base and commission combined)

Qualifications
- Valid insurance license required or willingness to obtain one. We will train, provide licensing support, and pay for the license.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Coachable, dependable, and able to learn State Farm systems and processes.
- Comfortable working in a results-oriented environment.
