We're looking for an experienced Insurance Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and helping people protect what matters most.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
  • Assist clients with policy reviews, renewals, coverage changes, and claims support
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen coverage and provide additional value
  • Present insurance solutions tailored to individual client needs
  • Work closely with carrier partners to secure the best outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Help create an experience that drives loyalty, referrals, and long-term relationships

Requirements

  • Hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferred
  • Have at least two years of personal lines insurance account management experience
  • Possess a strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, rating procedures, underwriting guidelines, and industry operations
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with confidence and professionalism
  • Analyze client needs, present coverage options, and recommend solutions that provide meaningful protection
  • Resolve complex customer issues with tact, urgency, and sound judgment
  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Be comfortable using agency management systems and other technology tools to support client service and account management
  • Take ownership of your work while collaborating effectively with teammates and carrier partners
