Insurance Account Manager

Job Duties

• Manage a portfolio of personal and commercial lines accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships through responsive, high-quality service
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, service requests, and issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Review client exposures and existing policies to ensure appropriate coverage; process policy updates and changes as needed
• Collaborate with producers to support new business, including quoting, binding, and onboarding new accounts
• Deliver accurate, timely day-to-day service while effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and service standards
• Maintain carrier relationships and monitor carrier turnaround times to ensure efficient processing
• Follow up on policies, endorsements, and claims to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Conduct regular account reviews focused on retention, coverage accuracy, and identifying cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior insurance industry experience preferred
• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• An active P and C License required
• Proficiency in using Windows programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
