Responsibilities
- Performing various resident care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs, hygiene, care, and comfort of the residents
- Responding to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies
- Documenting, on a daily basis as to resident assistance activities
- Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to facility safety program at all times
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Must be certified (QMA)
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Able to remain stationary 50-100%
- Able to exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move objects
