- QMA certification
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Able to remain stationary 50-100%
- Able to exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move objects
Responsibilities
- Perform various resident care activities and related non-professional services
- Care for the personal needs, hygiene, and comfort of the residents
- Respond to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies
- Document daily resident assistance activities
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to facility safety program
