About the role
Assists in the installation and maintenance of insulation systems to ensure energy efficiency and comfort in residential buildings.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair insulation materials such as fiberglass, cellulose, and spray foam.
- Inspect existing insulation to identify areas needing improvement.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding insulation solutions.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company standards during all work activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of building codes and insulation techniques.
Qualifications
- Experience in home improvement or construction industry preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
