Responsibilities
- Direct field personnel and ensure all work is completed safely, per the scope of work, on time, and within budget.
- Perform field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning.
- Assist the Foreperson with the supervision of craft personnel in a crew leader capacity.
- Act as the front-line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience assisting the Foreperson with the supervision of craft personnel in a crew leader capacity.
