About the role

Responsible for the direction of field personnel. Assures that all work is completed safely, per the scope of work, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Applies to individuals responsible for the supervision of direct field personnel.
• Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget
• Has experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning
• Possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field
• Possesses a minimum of three (3) years of assisting the Foreperson with the supervision craft personnel in a crew leader capacity
• Acts as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions
