Insulation Home Visit Assistant

Job Requirements

• Eagerness to learn new skills and grow within a mission-driven company.
• Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Vehicle: Must have a reliable personal vehicle for daily travel to and from job sites. Mileage reimbursement provided. Must have vehicle insurance as required by law.
• Strong communication skills, basic math/measurement skills, and a keen eye for detail, ability to work independently and with a team, aptitude for speaking to diverse population of homeowners.
• Physical ability to comfortably navigate, crawl, and measure tight or unconditioned spaces, specifically attics and basements.
• Authorized to work in the United States and State of Wisconsin.
• Strong Problem-solving Skills, Time Management, And Teamwork Abilities.

Other Experience and Qualifications

• Desired Experience (not required): Experience using basic tools such as drills, saws, and other small construction equipment, Knowledge of building science concepts, Customer service and/or direct customer engagement, Familiarity with the City of Milwaukee and surrounding areas, Comfort traveling throughout the MKE metro.
