About the role

As an Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Technician II, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the electrical, instrumentation, and control systems that keep our generating facilities operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical and instrumentation equipment
• Calibrate and maintain pressure, temperature, flow, level, and other process instrumentation
• Diagnose electrical and control system issues using technical drawings, schematics, and testing equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
• Assist with equipment upgrades, plant outages, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all safety procedures while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Work collaboratively with operations and maintenance personnel to ensure dependable plant performance

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in the Instrumentation and Electrical Field of Study
• Or High School Diploma/GED

Experience Requirements:

• 2 years Industrial Electrical Experience PLUS Associate's Degree
• Or 6 years Industrial Electrical Experience PLUS High School Diploma/GED

Certification And Licensures:

• Successfully pass a security sensitive background screening - Required
• Valid Driver's License - Required
• Successfully qualified on entry level technician exam - Required
• Journey Level Electrician - City/State Approved Certification - Preferred
