Requirements

  • Proven experience in instrumentation and controls engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong proficiency in control system design, programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of industrial procedures, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with control system software and hardware (e.g., DCS, PLC, SCADA).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Controls Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of instrumentation and controls engineering experience in industrial settings.
  • Willingness to work standard M-F schedule in Spring, TX.
  • Ability to obtain relevant site-specific certifications if needed.
  • No travel restrictions anticipated for this role.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with cybersecurity protocols in control systems.
  • Knowledge of automation and process optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with instrumentation calibration and maintenance.
  • Certifications such as Peacock, FIST, or equivalent.
