Requirements
- Proven experience in instrumentation and controls engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong proficiency in control system design, programming, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of industrial procedures, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with control system software and hardware (e.g., DCS, PLC, SCADA).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Controls Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of instrumentation and controls engineering experience in industrial settings.
- Willingness to work standard M-F schedule in Spring, TX.
- Ability to obtain relevant site-specific certifications if needed.
- No travel restrictions anticipated for this role.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with cybersecurity protocols in control systems.
- Knowledge of automation and process optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with instrumentation calibration and maintenance.
- Certifications such as Peacock, FIST, or equivalent.
