To obtain a Copy of Your Credential: Visit the Commission on Teacher Credentialing website https://www.ctc.ca.gov. Click on "Search for an Educator," then use the secured search option by entering your social security number and birthdate. All documents and credentials associated with your record will be listed. Select appropriate document number, right click then select "print." Change the destination to save as PDF and save the file for submission.

Credential Copy (Attach the appropriate document (valid credential, proof of intern eligibility, or letterhead from your institution) that indicates the appropriate credential(s) relevant to the posting.)
