Responsibilities
- Physical dimensional measurement gauging repair, calibration, adjustment and surveillance (mechanical and electronic).
- Torque measurements devise repair, calibration adjustment and surveillance (mechanical and electronic).
- Pressure flow and vacuum measurement gauging repair, calibration, adjustment and surveillance (mechanical and electronic).
- Tachometric measurement gauging repair, calibration, adjustment and surveillance (mechanical and electronic).
- Electro-mechanical gauging fixtures utilizing air/electric and LVDT electronic transducers, repair, calibration, adjustment and surveillance.
- Electronic LED columns with data and serial output repair, calibration, adjustment and surveillance.
- Automated CPU gauging systems repair, calibration, adjustment and surveillance.
- Electro-mechanical Force gauging systems repair, calibration, adjustment and surveillance.
- Shop and engineering tests standards mechanical, electric and electronic repair, calibration, adjustment and surveillance.
- Electro-mechanical surface finish gauging repair, calibration, adjustment and surveillance.
- Variety of specialized in-plant electro-mechanical production gauging systems unique to DDC, repair, calibration, adjustment and surveillance.
- Leak testers (internal to cabinet).
Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma is required.
- Certified Journeyperson card holder or ability to document 8 years of experience.
- Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Strong Computer/Software skills including M/S Office, Prism.
- Willingness to be cross-functionally trained.
- Ability to work any shift assigned.
- Ability to work effectively with production teams, engineering, service technicians and management staff.
