Key Responsibilities
- Perform Instrument Calibration: Conduct calibration of laboratory instruments following established standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain Equipment: Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs on measurement equipment to uphold optimal functionality and extend equipment lifespan.
- Document Calibration Data: Accurately record calibration results and maintain detailed logs to support quality assurance and traceability.
- Adhere to Quality Standards: Follow quality guidelines and protocols to ensure all calibration activities meet industry and organizational standards.
- Communicate Technical Information: Share basic technical information and updates with team members to facilitate effective collaboration and operational efficiency.

- Instrument & Calibration Technician II: Additional responsibilities include executing calibration procedures for a variety of instruments, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting instrument issues, documenting calibration results, and collaborating with team members.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in calibration and maintenance of instrumentation.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in calibration techniques, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
- Salary Range: Level I: $21.63 - $34.62 per hour, Level II: $25.00 - $39.90 per hour.
- Annual Cash Bonus Opportunity: Available to all members.
- 401(k) Match: 4.5% match on contributions.
- Annual Woodward Stock Contribution: 5% contribution to the company stock plan.
