Instructor - South Lake Union

About the role

JETSET is seeking an experienced instructor to join our team in the South Lake Union area. The position is part-time and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Teach high-energy boutique fitness classes that align with JETSET’s brand and offerings.
• Engage with clients to understand their fitness goals and tailor class content accordingly.
• Ensure all classes adhere to safety guidelines and are enjoyable for participants.
• Collaborate with other instructors to maintain a dynamic and engaging class schedule.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a similar setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fitness and enthusiasm for sharing this passion with others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in exercise science, physical education, or related field preferred.
• Valid first aid and CPR certification.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage a diverse group of participants.
• Knowledge of various fitness techniques and styles.

Pay

The pay rate for this position is $25 per hour.

Schedule

Instructors are expected to teach classes on a rotating schedule, typically 4-6 classes per week.
