Instructor - Respiratory Care
for sections present: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We must include only sections with real content. We have compensation details: Salary range $54,033 - $60,516.96 (9-month instructor salary). Also optional summer semester, overload amounts. Also Full Time/Part Time: Full time, Union, Scheduled Hours: 40. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe a paragraph summarizing role). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (maybe minimum qualifications). Qualifications (maybe licenses/certifications). Skills (maybe not explicit). Benefits (maybe not given). Pay (compensation details). Schedule (scheduled hours 40, full-time). Also maybe Union info could be in About or elsewhere. We must not invent placeholders. If a section lacks real content, we omit it. We have content for About the role: description of faculty role, mission, etc. That's substantive. Responsibilities: many bullet-like sentences under Instruction & Student Learning, Student Engagement & Advisement, Continuous Improvement, Professional Development, Culture of Respect. We can extract as list items. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications bullet list: Bachelor’s degree in education or a health-related major. Four (4) years as a registered respiratory technician (RTT). Two (2) years of clinical experience and 2 years of teaching, training, or being a preceptor. Qualifications: LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: Ohio Respiratory Therapy (RT) licensure. Active credentials with National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC). Maintain BLS certification (bi-annual renew). Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe we could infer but better not to create. So omit Skills section. Benefits: Not given; omit. Pay: Compensation Details with salary ranges and optional amounts. Provide as list. Schedule: Scheduled Hours: 40, Full time, Union info maybe. Provide as paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like application instructions, EEO, etc. Remove those. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details exactly as given, but we can rephrase into HTML list items but must preserve meaning. It's okay to condense but not lose detail. Must not omit any substantive info. That's tricky: we need to keep all details from the posting. The posting includes many sentences; we need to include them all. If we convert to list items, we must ensure we don't lose any detail. Could embed paragraphs with the original sentences. Simplify: Use
for prose sections, and
- for lists. For responsibilities, we could keep each sentence as a list item.
We must not repeat job title. No headings for Job ID etc.
We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip those at the end: "In order to ensure your application is complete..." etc. Remove that.
Also remove "Compensation Type: Salaried Compensation: $54,033.00 " maybe we keep compensation details but not that line? The compensation details later give ranges. The line "Compensation Type: Salaried Compensation: $54,033.00 " is redundant with later details; but it's substantive? It states compensation type and a specific number. However later we have a range. The earlier line says $54,033.00 (maybe base). The later range includes $54,033 - $60,516.96. So we could keep the range and note it's salaried. The earlier line may be considered duplicate; but we could keep it as part of Pay section. However we must not duplicate lines. So we should include only one representation. Probably better to include the range and note salaried.
We also have "Full Time/Part Time: Full time Union (If Applicable): Columbus State Education Association Scheduled Hours: 40". That's schedule info.
Now produce HTML.
