Instructor - Rebbe

About the Role

Yeshiva University High School for Boys is seeking a Rebbe to mentor and guide students, serve as a Jewish studies substitute, act as a Shoel U'Meishiv for high-level shiurim, and teach Jewish studies classes.

Responsibilities

• Teach Judaic Studies classes as a Rebbe
• Serve as a substitute for Jewish studies shiurim
• Act as Shoel U'Meishiv for high-level shiurim
• Teach a bekiyus class
• Perform other assigned functions as an integrated member of the faculty

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree plus advanced Rabbinical ordination
• Ability to read, speak, and teach in Hebrew
• Knowledge of Talmudic and Biblical texts

Pay

Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000
