Job Summary

The Instructor-Part Time (Applicant Pool) position is open on an ongoing basis. The number of part-time instructors hired varies from semester to semester, depending on the needs of the department.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Industrial or Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Industrial or Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering or related area.

• Work Environment
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally work near moving mechanical parts. The job may require working in a laboratory. The employee must be able to correctly follow all safety rules and regulations, operate appropriate laboratory equipment and tolerate the presence of laboratory chemicals.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Salary is per Faculty Bargaining Agreement.
