Responsibilities

• Extensive direct patient care
• Night and weekend on-call
• Staffing the residents in the clinics and operating room
• Auxiliary teaching and training residents in an Ophthalmic Training Program
• Assist in teaching and assuming appropriate administrative responsibilities

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O Degree
• Successful completion of an ACGME accredited residency program
• State of Florida Medical Licensure
• DEA Certification

Qualifications

• Must excel in teaching
• Willingness to assume appropriate administrative responsibilities
• Board certified or board eligible
• Valid and unrestricted State of Florida Medical License or Medical Faculty Certificate

Supervision Exercised
