Responsibilities
- Implement and develop The Excel Center curriculum
- Facilitate learning for students attending Excel Center
- Approach instruction with grit, creativity, and innovation
- Employ high-impact instructional practices and motivational techniques
- Collaborate with the instructional team to meet educational objectives
- Adhere to Indiana State Standards
Requirements
- Commitment to continuously improving curriculum and instruction through collaboration
- Ability to tailor instructional strategies to individual students’ needs
- Experience facilitating learning in a structured, face-to-face environment
- Knowledge of high-impact instructional practices and motivational techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills to support students' academic and personal growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a high school setting
- Experience working with adult learners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
