About the role

The Department of Media is seeking qualified adjunct faculty to teach for Fall 2025 and/or Fall/Spring 2026. Teaching assignments may include courses in media production, sports production, media law, media ethics, media promotion, media management, broadcast news, and sports journalism.

Responsibilities

• Teach one to two classes in the Department of Media.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution by date of appointment in Telecommunications, Media, Radio and Television, Communication Studies, or Speech Communication; or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by date of appointment with at least 3 years of media-related experience.
• Teaching experience in media-related courses at the collegiate level.

Pay

$1,000 to $3,000 per class.
