We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate. Also we need to ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. Check for any leftover EEO etc: we removed. Check for duplicated lines: we didn't repeat. Check for any minor metadata like Job Number: we omitted. Opening date we included in About the role paragraph. Division and Department included. Check for any mention of "Closing Bargaining Unit:" we omitted as no content. Check for "Job Type: Faculty Full-Time" we could include in About the role maybe. We didn't include job type explicitly. Could add to About the role: "Job Type: Faculty Full-Time". But we already said full-time, 10‑month, tenure‑track. That's enough. Check for "Location: SUNY Brockport" we included location near Lake Ontario etc. Could explicitly mention location but it's okay. We need to preserve ALL substantive information. Did we miss any? Let's list all substantive info from posting: - Salary: $61,495.00 Annually - Location: SUNY Brockport - Job Type: Faculty Full-Time - Job Number: 2600468 (minor metadata, can drop) - Division: College of Arts and Sciences - Department: Art and Design - Opening Date: 09/22/2026 - Closing Bargaining Unit: (no content) - Founded in 1835, SUNY Brockport is an exceptional regional comprehensive public university... (we included) - Mission statement etc (we included some) - Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion (we omitted as EEO boilerplate? It's substantive but maybe considered EEO? It's about commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion. Could be considered part of About the role. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion might be considered EEO boilerplate. Safer to omit? It's not exactly boilerplate but similar. Might be considered part of EEO statement. I'd omit to be safe. - Summary: Department invites applications for full-time, 10-month, tenure-track Instructor of Art in Illustration, focus on digital illustration. (we included) - Successful candidate will join department that values collegiality and student-centered teaching. (we omitted? Could include in About the role.) - We offer a BA/BS in Graphic Design, a BA/BS in Studio Art, and a BFA in Studio Art. (we omitted; that's substantive about programs.) - Candidates should be qualified to
