General Duties

Aleut is seeking an experienced Instructor Developer V to integrate joint, interagency, and all-domain capabilities into the USSF Officer Training Course (OTC) at the 319 Combat Training Squadron (CTS), Peterson SFB CO. Key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and deliver training using Instructional System Development (ISD)
• Interface with internal and external space agencies as needed
• Conduct, manage, and qualify on lessons based on squadron instructions and guidance
• Participate in wargames and exercises as a subject matter expert (SME) and role player
• Coordinate instructional activities with division chiefs, training managers, and government personnel
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Skills

• Working knowledge and experience with training systems and programs
• Expert knowledge of joint, interagency, and all-domain capabilities
• Expert knowledge of operational-level command and control
• Expert knowledge of US national strategy and policy frameworks
• Working knowledge of DoD organizations and processes
• Expert knowledge of US and adversary space systems
• Expert knowledge of mission planning, briefing, execution, and debriefing tactical space operations
• Working knowledge of strategic and operational planning processes
• Completion of Air Force instructor course or similar joint instructor course preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
• Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility required

Education and Required Experience

• Master's degree from an accredited institution in relevant field or bachelor's degree with 10+ years of additional experience may substitute for education requirement
• 4 years of experience with USAF/USSF training, including instruction in accordance with the ISD model

Salary Range

$115,000 -- $135,000 (annually)
