About the role

The Principal Space Operations Analyst Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the operational readiness of space systems. This position requires a strong background in space operations and a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training curricula tailored to various levels of expertise within the organization.
• Conduct classroom and online training sessions, including hands-on exercises and simulations.
• Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback to improve training effectiveness.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and operational trends in space systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between training objectives and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as aerospace engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in space operations or related fields.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
