Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate and graduate level classes in Criminal Justice, both online and in-person.
  • Provide student advising services.
  • Contribute to university service activities.
  • Engage in scholarly contributions through research and writing.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Criminal Justice, Criminology, or a related field is preferred.
  • A Master's degree is required, with ABD (All But Dissertation) considered.
  • Related work experience will also be considered.

Education

  • Prior teaching experience, with a preference for candidates with classroom and online teaching experience.
  • Experience with various forms of academic technology.
  • Experience with community outreach.
  • Experience in scholarly research & writing; or a willingness to engage in academic scholarship.

Benefits

  • Annual salary of $52,710.00.
  • Excellent benefits package, including generous leave time.

Pay

  • $52,710.00 annually.
