About the role

The Labor Education Action Research Network (LEARN) at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, seeks an energetic and passionate labor educator to join their teaching staff. They are looking for someone who can lead courses for working adults, union members and leaders, and labor relations professionals.

Responsibilities

• Designing customized curriculum to meet the needs of our clients
• Cooking and implementing existing educational programs
• Collaborating with other faculty and staff
• Teaching expertise using diverse methodologies to effectively relate to a wide variety of learners from various backgrounds

Requirements

• A strong knowledge of and/or experience working with worker organizations and/or in the labor relations field
• A strong commitment to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion
