About the role
This full-time position supports nursing education within the Emergency Department (ED), focusing on planning, developing, directing, and evaluating educational programs for the Department of Nursing. Responsibilities include orientation, staff development, continuing education based on quality improvement reports and needs assessments, skills training, research, and collaboration with other hospital departments.

- Conduct orientation and staff development activities.
- Provide continuing education based on quality improvement reports and needs assessments.
- Deliver skills training and support research initiatives.
- Collaborate with other hospital departments to enhance nursing education.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of ED (Emergency Department) experience.
- MSN in Nursing Education or a Post-Master’s Certificate in Nursing Education.
- ACLS, BCLS, and PALS certification.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ACLS/BCLS Instructor certification.
- Teaching experience.
- Critical care experience.
Pay
USD $139,763.83 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with some weekends required.
