Primary Responsibilities
- Effectively supports student academic achievement through data analysis and intervention planning.
- Daily review and analysis of Edmentum, IXL, STARS, and Microsoft Teams data.
- Identification and prioritization of students requiring intervention based on mastery lockouts, attendance concerns, low course progress, and academic performance.
- Accurate maintenance of student intervention priority lists by subject area.
- Timely identification of students approaching course completion and notification to Administration.
- Effective monitoring of student pacing and engagement within Edmentum Courseware.
- Identification and communication of academic integrity concerns based on platform usage patterns.
- Effectively coordinates student intervention schedules and virtual instructional sessions.
- Development and distribution of daily student intervention schedules.
- Accurate assignment of students to appropriate instructional groups and teachers.
- Creation and distribution of Microsoft Teams meeting invitations for all scheduled students.
- Verification that all students receive meeting information, session times, and teacher assignments.
- Timely communication of scheduling updates to teachers and administration.
- Accurate maintenance of recurring Teams meeting structures and session channels.
- Confirmation that all next-day schedules are completed and distributed prior to the end of each workday.
- Effectively monitors attendance, participation, and student engagement.
- Daily reconciliation of Microsoft Teams participation and STARS attendance records.
- Identification and reporting of attendance discrepancies.
- Monitoring and documentation of student participation during scheduled intervention sessions.
- Identification and communication of persistent attendance concerns requiring escalation.
- Verification of outreach efforts and contact logs for absent students.
- Timely communication with teachers regarding student engagement concerns.
- Effectively supports testing coordination and program compliance.
- Coordination of Edmentum final examinations and End-of-Course (EOC) testing schedules.
- Maintenance of accurate testing calendars and testing documentation.
- Coordination of accommodations and testing logistics for eligible students.
- Communication of testing schedule updates to stakeholders.
- Compliance with school, district, state, and company assessment requirements.
- Effectively collaborates with instructional staff and school leadership.
- Daily communication with RCA teachers regarding student intervention needs.
- Distribution of student priority lists and intervention schedules to instructional staff.
- Collaboration with the Library Media Specialist regarding instructional trends and resource needs.
- Timely communication of student progress concerns to Administration.
- Maintenance of professional and productive working relationships with school staff and corporate personnel.
- Participation in meetings and planning sessions as requested.
- Effectively maintains records, reports, and documentation.
- Accurate documentation of intervention schedules, attendance concerns, and student escalations.
- Preparation of weekly student performance and engagement reports.
- Maintenance of testing schedules and intervention records.
- Timely submission of requested reports and data summaries.
- Accurate tracking of student progress, attendance trends, and intervention outcomes.
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to analyze student data and identify intervention needs.
- Knowledge of educational technology platforms and student information systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with instructional and administrative staff.
Education And Experience
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Technology, Information Systems, Educational Leadership, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in education, instructional support, educational technology, student services, or a related field.
- Experience working with student information systems, learning management systems, or educational technology platforms preferred.
- Experience supporting virtual, blended, or online learning environments preferred.
- Experience with Edmentum Courseware, STARS, and/or IXL preferred.
