Instructional System Development Analyst

Overview

Tutulu is seeking an experienced Instructional System Development (ISD) analyst to support Space Control mission areas. The role involves assisting in the development of capabilities-based requirements for ISD efforts, generating Systems Training Plans (STPs), and integrating various documents and processes.

Location: Peterson SFB, Colorado Springs, CO 80914
Salary Range: $135,000 - $145,000

Requirements

• Skills/Experience Required

  • Orbital Warfare Integrator SME
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • 8+ years working DOW space operations
  • 5+ years of space systems experience
  • Previous DoW Instructor (or equivalent position)
  • Familiarity with DAFPD 36-26, Total Force Development and Management, MIL-HDBK 29612-2A, DAFH 36-2675, DAFPD 13-6, Nuclear, Space, Missile, Command and Control Operations, AFPD 63-1/20-1, Integrated Life Cycle
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Adept at articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Fostering seamless collaboration and understanding across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with Suite of Microsoft applications (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.)
  • Previous work with Special Access Programs preferred
  • Excellent communications skills (written/verbal)

• Education/Certification Requirements

  • Master's degree (required) or Higher in Technical or Related Field

Security Clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen - A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.

Physical Requirements

• Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen
• The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary
