We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have job description content. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Keep substantive info. Let's parse content: - Intro about commitment to equity etc. Could be part of "About the role" maybe? Actually "Our Commitment To Equity, Diversity, And Inclusion" is a statement. Could be part of "About the role" or maybe "About Chico State". But we need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have: Job/Department Summary: description of role: Working independently, under general direction... provides comprehensive services to support day-to-day operation of college's manufacturing labs, machine shops, technical facilities located in Plumas Hall. Works closely with Department of Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing; provides updates on technical, functional, safety operations; oversees and conducts comprehensive safety and operational training for students, faculty, staff on all manufacturing equipment and processes within Plumas Hall labs; recommends, sources, purchases new equipment, tools, materials; maintains records; coordinates equipment and facility maintenance; trains/supervises student assistants; collaborates with EHS to ensure compliance with safety regulations, including hazardous materials management. That's responsibilities. Required Education And Experience: details about equivalent experience, education substitutions. Preferences: list of preferences (specialized skills): Experience performing similar duties in an academic setting; Bachelor of Science in a job-related field; Working knowledge of State and Federal rules and regulations that pertain to proper use and disposal of hazardous materials including some chemical agents and media as set forth by OSHA, Cal-EPA, Cal-OSHA, CSU, and CSUC EHS and local regulatory agencies; Understanding of applicable University infrastructure, policies, and procedures. Time Base: Full-time; Pay Plan: 12/12; Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, Summer: Mon-Thurs 7:00am-5:30pm. CSU Classification Salary Range: $55,140 (Step 1) - $80,328 (Step 20) per year. Benefits: This position qualifies for benefits including tuition fee waiver (if eligible). CSU, Chico offers a number of benefits to its employees (e.g., sick leave, vacation, health insurance). For more information please visit link. Additional Information: Education Code 89521 Requirements: disclosure about sexual harassment, release form, background check, etc. This is more legal/boilerplate; we should remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The Additional Information seems like legal requirements; maybe we should drop it as it's boilerplate? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The Additional Information includes legal requirements (Education Code 89521, background check, etc.) Might be considered legal boilerplate; but it's specific to the position? It's still legal. Probably we should remove it. Also there is "About Chico State" paragraph describing campus etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe separate "About Chico State" but we only have allowed headings. Could put that under "About the role" as description of institution. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details about responsibilities, requirements, preferences, pay, schedule, benefits. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay range and schedule. Thus sections: - About the role: could include the commitment to equity statement and maybe the About Chico State paragraph? But the commitment to equity is more about university values; maybe we can include under "About the role" as part of description. Or we could skip About the role if not enough content? But we have job summary; we could put that under About the role. Actually "Job/Department Summary" is essentially about the role. So we can put that under About the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties from the summary (overseeing safety training, recommending equipment, maintaining records, coordinating maintenance, training/supervising student assistants, collaborating with EHS). We'll make
  • . - Requirements: the Required Education And Experience section (the three options). We'll put as
    • . - Qualifications: maybe the Preferences? Actually preferences are specialized skills; could be Qualifications or Skills. We have Preferences list. Could treat as Qualifications or Skills. Since we have both Qualifications and Skills headings allowed, we need to decide. The Preferences are "Preference may be given to applicants with the following as they may be considered specialized skills". That's more like qualifications/skills. We could put under Qualifications. - Skills: maybe we could split: Preferences as Skills? But we have limited headings; we could put Preferences under Skills. However we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Preferences into Qualifications. - Benefits: list benefits: tuition fee waiver (if eligible), sick leave, vacation, health insurance. Also mention link for more info. - Pay: salary range. - Schedule: work schedule details. We must not include sections that are not present: e.g., if we don't have separate Skills, we could omit Skills heading. Thus final HTML:

We must ensure no boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed the Additional Information legal bits. Also removed the "About Chico State" paragraph? Actually we included some of that in About the role? We included the commitment statement and the job summary. The "About Chico State" paragraph describing campus, location, motto, etc. That is substantive; we should include it maybe under About the role as well. Let's add a paragraph after the commitment statement. Add: "About Chico State Graduate and undergraduate programs boast high-quality research experiences, exceptional faculty mentoring, and civic and global engagement opportunities. The campus motto, “Today Decides Tomorrow,” is brought to life by inclusive pedagogy, experiential learning, and co-curricular programming.
