Instructional Support, ESOL

About the role

Instructional support staff are a vital part of the day-to-day operations which contribute to the accomplishment of our USD383 Mission, Vision and Core Beliefs. ESOL Aides are critical members of school teams as they work to meet the needs of students learning and acquiring the English language.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervising teachers and classroom teachers to deliver planned instruction.
• Accommodate assignments to support academic and language development for students.
• Reinforce learning for students through consistent attendance and participation.
• Support mentoring and collaboration with teachers.
