Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to classroom educators in the New York, NY area, focusing on English Language Arts instruction and literacy practices.
• Model effective ELA lessons.
• Co-plan units.
• Observe instruction.
• Offer actionable feedback aligned with school and district goals.
• Facilitate professional learning sessions.
• Support curriculum implementation.
• Help teachers interpret student data to inform instruction.
