About the role
The role of Instructional Designer is responsible for creating engaging and effective learning materials and experiences. This includes designing courses, developing instructional strategies, and ensuring that all materials align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop high-quality training materials and courses.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand course content and objectives.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to enhance learning outcomes.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform design decisions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training & Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or related field.
- Experience with adult learning principles and theories.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other e-learning authoring tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of instructional design models and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools such as Trello or Asana.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
