Summary

As an Instructional Designer at Gainwell, you will create engaging and effective learning experiences that support employee performance and organizational goals. You will partner with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to assess learning needs, design instructional solutions, and develop high-quality training across multiple delivery formats.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classroom, and instructor-led training environments.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to conduct needs assessments, identify learning objectives, and translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
  • Create storyboards, course content, learning activities, assessments, and supporting materials using established instructional design principles and methodologies.
  • Create interactive, visually engaging, and accessible digital learning experiences using eLearning authoring tools while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage multiple instructional design projects and priorities, continuously improving content and methodologies while supporting training transformation and system implementation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Three to five years of instructional design experience preferred, with demonstrated experience developing eLearning and other digital learning content.
  • Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design models and principles, storyboarding, course development, and assessment design.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, along with strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and project-management skills; experience supporting training transformation or system implementation launches and a portfolio of instructional design work are preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $48,300.00 - $69,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
