Responsibilities
- Create interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline
- Publish high-quality graphics and media assets with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to storyboard and script course content
- Refine learner-facing training materials across various platforms
- Test and troubleshoot eLearning files for functionality and compatibility
- Maintain project documentation and version control of content
- Support continuous content improvement using learner feedback and performance metrics
- Contribute to innovation in immersive training experiences such as AR/VR
Qualifications
- 3+ years developing eLearning content in corporate or technical environments
- Proven expertise with Articulate Storyline
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition)
- Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration best practices
- Eligibility for U.S. Secret Security Clearance
