About the role
Responsible for designing and developing instructional materials and programs to enhance employee learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Developing and updating training materials based on feedback and performance data.
- Evaluating current training methods and suggesting improvements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in instructional design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and theories.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
