About the role

The Instructional Designer will support change and training enablement initiatives within a dynamic business environment. This role focuses on translating change impacts into effective, user-centered training materials that help employees adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with change managers and stakeholders to understand change impacts and identify learning needs
  • Design and develop training materials including instructor-led content, self-paced modules, job aids, and process guides
  • Translate complex processes and changes into clear, user-friendly learning content
  • Support development and execution of training plans aligned to change timelines and milestones
  • Ensure training materials are aligned with messaging, business goals, and desired user behaviors
  • Participate in testing and refinement of training materials based on user feedback
  • Support coordination with learning platforms, tools, and delivery partners
  • Maintain documentation and organization of training assets and materials
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of training content and processes

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in instructional design, training development, or learning support roles
  • Experience designing structured training materials such as job aids, training guides, and learning modules
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and how training supports organizational change adoption
  • Experience developing both instructor-led and self-paced training content
  • Basic understanding of change management concepts and frameworks
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across stakeholders
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools such as Articulate or Captivate
  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS)
  • Exposure to technology, process, or operating model changes
