What You'll Do
- Leverage a variety of methodologies, blended learning approaches, and learning design best practices with an emphasis on real-world application relevant for adult learners in a business environment.
- Partner with members of management as an internal consultant to research, design, develop, and measure various training programs; and educate training personnel on instructional design methodologies and theories.
- Assess, analyze, and update training programs based on needs to improve performance and productivity.
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.).
- Maintain project documentation and course folders.
- Support ad hoc projects and assignments, as needed.
Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong oral and written skills.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- In-depth knowledge of instructional design and adult learning techniques.
- Experience as lead/owner in large-scale implementation with specific behavior change.
- Experience in Articulate 360 and Storyline Training Software.
- Experience in working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design.
- Experience creating targeted content that generates measurable ROI.
- Experience in video course creation and script writing.
