About the role

Join Granger Medical as an Instructional Designer and Facilitator in Taylorsville, Utah. Design, implement, and facilitate engaging training programs to empower health care professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver training programs that support employee development and reinforce core values.
• Collaborate with leaders, subject matter experts, and team members to develop and implement effective learning programs.
• Assess learning needs, research training solutions, and gather feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality training materials.
• Utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) and other training technologies to enhance learning experiences.
• Engage learners with varying experience levels through strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage learners with varying experience levels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, subject matter experts, and team members across the organization.
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) and other training technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality training materials.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Familiarity with daily clinic operations.
• Experience with eCW and navigating the system.
