About the role
The Instructional Coach will support the implementation of district-wide initiatives, collaborate with teachers to improve teaching and learning, and provide professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities

- Assists in the planning and execution of staff development workshops
- Mentors and coaches teachers to enhance their instructional practices
- Facilitates collaborative teams to address common challenges and improve student outcomes
Requirements / Qualifications
- Valid California Multiple Subject Credential AND - English Learner Authorization
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred. Must have demonstrated five (5) years of successful classroom teaching experience working with K-6th grade students and staff; experience working with staff development, training and presenting; experience in staff training and curriculum; must have strong organizational and leadership skills; ability to support curricular programs and instruction through integrated lessons and multiple instructional strategies; ability to assist staff in attaining strong student outcomes and coordinating services to meet students’ needs; possess good communication skills.
- Copy of your credential must include DETAILED credential information including the document number, authorization code, authorization description, issue date and expiration date. You can obtain a copy or a screen shot from the Commission on Teacher Credentialing website. Only provide a detailed copy of your credential. “SUITABLE FOR FRAMING” VERSIONS AND EXPIRED COPIES OF YOUR CREDENTIAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
