Instructional Coach - Elementary - 2026-2027 School Year

About the role

The Chino Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) seeks an experienced and dedicated Instructional Coach to support teachers in elementary schools during the 2026-2027 school year. CVUSD is known for its award-winning programs and commitment to student success.

Responsibilities

• Supports teachers in implementing effective instructional strategies aligned with district goals.
• Facilitates professional development workshops and coaching sessions.
• Evaluates teacher performance and provides feedback to improve instructional practices.
• Collaborates with teachers to develop and implement differentiated lesson plans.
• Assists in the planning and implementation of curriculum enhancements.

Requirements

• Valid California Multiple Subject Credential and English Learner Authorization.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years of successful classroom teaching experience with K-6th grade students.
• Experience in staff development, training, and presenting.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to support curricular programs and instruction through integrated lessons and multiple instructional strategies.
• Ability to assist staff in attaining strong student outcomes and coordinating services to meet students’ needs.
• Possess good communication skills.

• Copy of Transcript (Undergraduate and graduate coursework with conferral dates listed).
• Credential Copy (Detailed copy as explained above).
• English Learner Authorization.
• Letter of Introduction.
• Two (2) letters of recommendation - must be signed and dated within the last 24 months. Only wet signatures and e-signatures will be accepted. Names typed in a stylized font will not be accepted as a signature. Letters from relatives are not acceptable.
• Other (Must provide a copy of your latest evaluation).
• Updated and current resume.
