Job Description
The Instructional Coach supports the improvement of instructional practice and student outcomes through job-embedded coaching and professional learning. This role partners with teachers to strengthen curriculum implementation, data-driven instruction, and classroom practices aligned to KIPP St. Louis instructional expectations.
Qualifications
- Required: 2+ years of successful classroom teaching experience with strong student achievement results
- Demonstrated impact on student outcomes and instructional practice
- Strong instructional practice and content knowledge
- Able to coach teachers using data and student work
- Bachelor's Degree in education or related field
- Facilitation skills for adult learning
- Formal training in coaching frameworks or adult learning
- State teaching certification in a content area
