Instructional Coach (26.27 School Year)

Job Description

The Instructional Coach supports the improvement of instructional practice and student outcomes through job-embedded coaching and professional learning. This role partners with teachers to strengthen curriculum implementation, data-driven instruction, and classroom practices aligned to KIPP St. Louis instructional expectations.

Qualifications

• Required: 2+ years of successful classroom teaching experience with strong student achievement results
• Demonstrated impact on student outcomes and instructional practice
• Strong instructional practice and content knowledge
• Able to coach teachers using data and student work
• Bachelor's Degree in education or related field
• Facilitation skills for adult learning
• Formal training in coaching frameworks or adult learning
• State teaching certification in a content area
