We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading only if there is real content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate. The posting includes many sections: QUALIFICATIONS, ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION, DUTIES OF POSITION, STARTING SALARY, NUMBER OF MONTHS, NUMBER OF HOURS. Also mention pre-placement medical assessment and criminal history check (maybe as requirement). Also mention ability to operate office equipment, etc. We need to map content to appropriate headings. - About the role: maybe a brief description? The posting includes "DUTIES OF POSITION: To assist a certificated teacher(s) in the instruction, supervision, and training of individual or groups of students..." That could be About the role or Responsibilities. We'll decide. - Responsibilities: list of duties (essential functions). Could be bullet list. - Requirements: qualifications, experience/education, certifications, language, physical requirements, etc. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements. But we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content. We can combine similar content under one heading. Perhaps we have sections: Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (qualifications, experience/education, certifications), Skills (maybe ability to operate equipment, communication), Pay (starting salary), Schedule (number of months, hours). Benefits: not mentioned, so omit. About the role: maybe a summary paragraph from duties? Could be omitted if we think it's covered. But we need to include a section only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes a description of duties and role; we could put that under About the role. However we also have Responsibilities for detailed duties. Might be okay to have both. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive info. So we need to include all details: qualifications (English language command, knowledge of academic areas, etc.), essential functions list (many bullet points), experience/education (12th grade, college preferred, foreign language skill, physical requirements, toileting procedures, certification of proficiency, alternatives), duties of position (similar to essential functions but more general), starting salary, number of months, number of hours, pre-placement medical assessment and criminal history check. We need to avoid duplication: essential functions and duties of position overlap heavily; we should combine them into one Responsibilities section, preserving all details without repeating identical sentences. But we must preserve all substantive info; we can merge but ensure we don't lose any unique info. Let's compare: Essential Functions list includes many items: assist physically handicapped students feeding, toileting, supervising students, noting behavioral problems, organizing learning environments, setting up materials, administering/correcting assignments, maintaining records, developing goals, confer with teachers, assist in lesson plans, supervision during lunch/travel/recreation, assist with mobility training, assist teacher(s) instructing students in various learning situations, implement learning situations (individualized instruction, learning centers, researching programs), prepare instructional materials, make copies, gather resources, provide feedback to teachers/administrators, escort students to transportation, assist teachers on field trips, monitor loading/unloading of buses, perform related duties. Duties of position: "To assist a certificated teacher(s) in the instruction, supervision, and training of individual or groups of students by performing a variety of instructional support and student care activities and to perform a variety of related duties in the maintenance of an effective learning environment. Employees in this classification receive direct to general supervision from a certificated teacher(s) and/or school site administrator within a well-defined framework of policies and procedures. This job classification provides a variety of responsible instructional support activities to enhance the educational environment within the district and requires a high degree of positive contact with both students and certificated staff. This job classification assists physically handicapped students in toileting and feeding needs." That's more general; many points already covered. We can keep the essential functions as the detailed list, and maybe add a brief summary from duties as a paragraph before list. Thus Responsibilities section: a paragraph summarizing role, then ul list of essential functions. Requirements/Qualifications: we need to include qualifications (English language command, knowledge of academic areas, etc.), experience/education (12th grade, college preferred, foreign language, physical requirements, toileting procedures, certification of proficiency, alternatives), also pre-placement medical assessment and criminal history check (maybe as requirement). Also ability to operate office equipment, maintain records, cooperative work relationships. Skills: maybe ability to understand/carry out instructions, analyze situations, supervise students, etc. But those are also qualifications. Could combine. We need to decide headings: About the role (maybe short paragraph from duties of position?), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (qualifications + experience/education + pre-placement checks), Skills (maybe ability to operate equipment, communication), Pay (starting salary), Schedule (number of months, hours). Benefits: none. We must not create headings with filler like "not specified". So only include those with content. Let's extract content: About the role: Could be the first sentence of DUTIES OF POSITION: "To assist a certificated teacher(s) in the instruction, supervision, and training of individual or groups of students by performing a variety of instructional support and student care activities and to perform a variety of related duties in the maintenance of an effective learning environment." plus maybe the next sentences about supervision and positive contact. That seems appropriate as About the role. Responsibilities: The essential functions list (bullets). We'll also include the sentence about assisting physically handicapped students in toileting and feeding needs (already in list). We'll keep list. Requirements: This should include: - Command of English language. - Knowledge of pertinent academic areas and learning situations, general needs and behaviors of students and student recreational activities. - Skill to understand and carry out oral and written instructions independently. - Understand need of high school students and effectively relate to these needs in learning or recreational situation. - Learn requirements of students in specific learning program. - Analyze situations accurately and adopt effective course of action. - Supervise students in a variety of situations. - Ability to operate standard office equipment (typewriter, copy machine, tape recorders, projectors). - Establish and maintain accurate classroom records and files. - Establish and maintain cooperative work relationships with those contacted. - Completion of twelfth grade required, preferably supplemented by college level courses. - May require skill to speak, read, write a specified foreign language. - Ability to meet physical requirements necessary to safely and effectively perform required duties. - With special training, ability to perform toileting procedures. - Certification of proficiency in basic reading, writing, mathematical skills must be submitted with application. - Alternatives: diploma from regionally accredited California high school after Jan 1, 1981 (GED does not fulfill), proof of successful completion of CBEST test, possession of a valid California teaching credential. - Pre-placement medical assessment and criminal history check required prior to employment. Also maybe mention "Must possess the skill to understand and carry out oral and written instructions in an independent manner" already. Skills: Could be separate but many overlap. Perhaps we can put under Requirements all skill-related items, and not have separate Skills heading. But we need to decide if we want a Skills section. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine qualifications and skills into Requirements. Then we have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Pay, Schedule. That's five sections. Check if any content left for Benefits: none. Now Pay: Starting salary $2,755.02 monthly. Schedule: Number of months: 9.4 (to begin as soon as possible). Number of hours: 7 (daily working hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). So schedule includes months and daily hours. We need to output HTML fragment with
