Instructional Assistant Self-Contained I PT

About the role

This position requires 25 hours of work per week and completion of Basic Training (5 hours) provided by the JSD Special Education Department within one week of hire as a condition of employment.

Training and Development

Additional training is available, consisting of 40 hours, which can be completed within six months from the hire date as a condition of employment. Upon completion, the employee can increase to lane 5.

Pay

The salary for this position is $21.33 per hour, effective July 1, 2026, at Lane 4 Step 1, as per the Salary Schedules.
