Instructional Assistant position supporting the Music Program at Esperanza High School.

About the Role

This part-time role provides instructional support within the music program, working up to 5 days per week for 10 hours per week during the 9.5-month school year.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:15 a.m.–9:15 a.m.
• Up to 5 days per week, 10 hours per week
• 9.5-month work year (204 paid days)

Pay

$20.43 – $24.89 per hour (Range 17).

Responsibilities

• Assist music instructors with classroom activities and student support.
• Provide clerical and organizational support as needed.

Requirements

• Complete 48 semester units of college coursework or pass the Instructional Aide Testing (ESSA) with a score of 70% or higher.
• Current resume demonstrating relevant experience; general clerical experience is highly desirable.
• At least two professional references must be provided on the application.
